The manage orders page (Orders>Manage Orders) is the best page to view and manage your orders. You can search for orders several criteria. For more details, refer the How do I use Manage Orders page?
To view printable reports you must visit the reports section.
1. Navigate to Reports-> Reports.
2. The Reports page will be displayed. The Order Reports section allows you to view orders by individual, vendor, or a detailed view.
Orders by Individual Report
This report will show orders grouped by users based on the criteria selected.
a. Select the user from the User drop down list.
b. Select the status of the order from the Order drop down list.
c. Select the Date Range either as Both or Order Date or Order Period. Default is Both. Select the date ranges accordingly.
d. You can export report to CSV and PDF formats or Print it. Click the respective links.
e. To view the report based on your selection, click the View Report button.
The report will be displayed.
Order by Vendor Report
This report will show orders grouped by vendor based on the criteria selected.
a. Select the user from the Vendor drop down list.
b. Select the Date Range either as Both or Order Date or Order Period. Default is Both. Select the date ranges accordingly.
c. You can export report to CSV and PDF formats or Print it. Click the respective links.
d. To view the report based on your selection, click the View Report button.
The report will be displayed.
Orders Detailed Report
This report will show the full details (amount sold, user credit, organization credit, unfilled amount) of every certificate for all orders based on the criteria selected.
a. Select the user from the User drop down list.
b. Select the certificate from the Certificate drop down list.
c. Select the Date Range either as Both or Order Date or Order Period. Default is Both. Select the date ranges accordingly.
d. You can export report to CSV and PDF formats or Print it. Click the respective links.
e. To view the report based on your selection, click the View Report button.
The report will be displayed.
