The content section allows you to create announcements that are displayed on the user's dashboard. Announcement are displayed based on the date they were created, with the newest shown first. They can also be set to visible or hidden. Finally, Urgent announcements, if selected, are placed at the top of the list.
Adding Announcements
1. To add announcements, navigate to Settings->User Content.
2. The User Area Content page will be displayed. In the Announcements section, click the Add Announcement button.
3. The Add Announcement page will be displayed. Enter title, visible option, specify whether the announcement is urgent or not and enter announcement text in respective fields. Click the Save Settings to the announcement.
Edit Announcement
1. To edit an announcement, click the Edit link for that announcement. The edit page will be opened. Make necessary changes and save the page.
Delete Announcement
1. To delete an announcement, click the delete link for that announcement. Confirm deletion by clicking 'Yes, Delete' button in the Confirm message box.
