The threshold add-on allows a credit or sales amount to be set for each user that he/she must reach. Each user may have a different threshold amount however all users follow the same settings for how credits are earned before and after their thresholds are met. IMPORTANT: Thresholds change how credits are accrued for the CURRENT FISCAL YEAR ONLY. If you place/replace and order from a prior year, these threshold settings will not be used.
How do I add the Threshold add-on to my account?
1. Navigate to My Account->Add-ons.
2. In the Additional Addons table, select 'add' for Thresholds.
How do I enable the Threshold add-on?
1. After the Threshold add-on has been added to your account, navigate back to the Add-ons page (My Account->Add-ons).
2. In the Account Addons table, select 'edit' for Thresholds.
3. In the Software Settings section, check the box for Threshold 'Enabled'.
Threshold Settings
Under Software Settings within the Threshold add-on, you will find the options for configuring the thresholds.
Threshold Name: This is the threshold name that will be displayed in the web application.
Credit Before Threshold: This is the credit percentage that users receive before the user's threshold amount is reached. This option is applied when an order is placed, therefore past orders are not affected unless you place/recalculate those orders. Normal uses the default percentage split set for each certificate.
Credit At/After Threshold: This is the credit percentage that users receive once the user's threshold amount is reached. This option is applied when an order is placed, therefore past orders are not affected unless you place/recalculate those orders. Normal uses the default percentage split set for each certificate.
