Orders statuses follow a flow and are based on the following criteria:
In Progress: An order that has been saved but not placed. Orders In Progress do not contain tuition credits and are not included in calculations throughout Scrip Manager. Once an order is placed it will follow the sequence below and will not advance until the prior has been accomplished. This does not mean a later process has not been completed. (Example: an order may be completely filled however since it is still unpaid the status would indicate "Awaiting Payment")
Awaiting Payment: order has not been paid in full
Awaiting Fulfillment: order has not been completely filled
Awaiting Pickup: Once an order has been paid in full and completely filled.
Completed: Order has been Paid, Filled and Delivered
Canceled: An order that has been placed but later canceled. Canceled orders do on contain tuition credits and are not included in calculations throughout Scrip Manager.
