How do I unfill a gift card?

To unfill a gift card, open the order that contains it and follow the steps below.

1. View the order in the Order Form.
2. In the Gift Cards section, click the filled amount in the row of the gift card you want to unfill.

3. A dialog will appear titled with the gift card name and denomination. It shows the credit split (User, Organization, Total) as percentages and the current Filled Amount. Select the new filled amount from the New Amount drop-down.

   Example: If gift card Home Depot ($25) is filled at $100 and you want to unfill $25 of that $100, select a new filled amount of $75.

   

4. Click the Unfill Gift Card button. The unfilled amount is returned to inventory.
